In a word 'fantastic'. Everyone I met at Chelsea went out of their way to be helpful and polite. I can't fault The Royal Marsden Chelsea in any way. The atmosphere within the building is friendly, professional and felt more like visiting a hotel rather than a hospital. Just fantastic

Sincere thanks. Angela Gimbird, my assigned Clinical Nurse Specialist was outstanding in every aspect. Mr Cahill's team at the Royal Marsden were truly excellent in my experience. I felt that I was in the very good hands of caring and expert health professionals. My procedure was handled very efficiently and reassuring way. Whilst medical matters of this nature are serious, I have to say that this was more of an enjoyable experience than a daunting one.

All the staff, in particular the volunteers were really friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Angela Gimbird (CNS), my key worker who has been fantastic throughout. The nerve saving surgery has been particularly sucessful with limited post operative erctile disfunction, which for a 49 year old is a brilliant outcome.
