Super efficient, triple check done in under 45minutes! Amazing process.

My HoLEP procedure was undertaken at the Princess Grace Hospital as a private patient after referral from Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. The whole process was executed very efficiently and the staff were all very friendly and responsive. My stay was for one night and the room and meal service were very good. I met with Mr Aho both before and after the procedure and was given a briefing before discharge. Overall I would rate the service as very good.

A first class facility in Central London.

Very good. I can’t use stairs but Porter behind desk immediately closed up and escorted me to the lift and the to the Brest clinic. Everything is close. When it was decided to do further examinations, everything was done immediately and I didn’t have to come back.

Staff great along with hospital in general. Badly let down on usage of post surgery staff within BUPA tariffs? They did not check with BUPA or me! Princess Grace need a serious look at there policies as I made sure doctor and anaesthetist were BUPA assured.
