The staff were very welcoming and have been in constant touch since my surgery. All my queries and concerns were addressed. The appointment was prompt, and Dr Luciano was very friendly and put me at ease. She explained the procedure very well, and I felt well prepared. She talked me through the aftercare, so I left feeling confident about the days of recovery ahead. Altogether an easy and smooth experience. My wound is now 6 days post-op and seems to be healing beautifully.
