I booked in to see Mr Gunendran after having some unsatisfactory consultations elsewhere. I wanted a second opinion and some also someone to explain things in simple terms. It was refreshing to meet someone so honest and open and easy to have a discussion with. Mr Gunendran explained what the tests results so far meant and what my options were. Mr Sotonye Tolofari was an amazing consultant from the day I first had my consultation with him he suspected my problem straight away and he always explained everything to a full extent so I understand everything. He reassured me on the day of my procedure after having many appointments before this and he explained everything on the day to make sure I was relaxed and rest assured I was going to be okay. He’s very polite and such a lovely consultant, and now my problem is solved. Thank you for everything you did for me.

Words cannot describe how at ease I felt with Dr Zelhof. An absolute pleasure to talk to, extremely professional and was very thorough with me. He listened to my concerns intently, allowed me to express my opinions and then offered a full pragmatic explanation to what he felt I was going through.
