Prof Persad has provided excellent care right from an initial consultation through to pre-operative preparation, the surgical procedure itself and aftercare. He has an excellent bedside manner and has the knowledge, experience and skills to provide the best care.

I took a private consultation with Dr Persad that in my view was the best decision I have ever made. I had a number of options with my prostate cancer diagnosis that I needed help with and especially helping me quantify the risks involved. Dr Persad helped me in my hour of need. Outcome: great success; overnight flow (the problem) largely restored Process: a comfortable one-day procedure. Where Professor Persad excelled was in his fast, informative email responses when I had one or two queries about subsequent symptoms.

My husband and I enquired about a vasectomy reversal . Getting an appointment was nice and quick . Booking the procedure was also quick and simple which removed a lot of stress and anxiety .My husband was given lots of support after the procedure and found the communication brilliant between himself and professor Persad . We were blessed to have fallen pregnant 5 months after the procedure. I do honestly believe this wouldn’t have been possible if we didn’t pick the absolute best person for the job .

My first consultation with Professor Persad as I walked into his clinic, I was greeted with a very friendly smile. He was very attentive listening, understanding and caring. No arrogance whatsoever. He wasted no time booking the procedure. Again I was greeted with a smile. He was reassuring, friendly and informative. I am certain that junior doctors could learn from his excellent bedside manner!
