Strawberry
Strawberry has a lot of health benefits. Contains vitamin A, B and C, moreover potassium, calcium and iron. It is high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory, which helps to lower risk of cardiovascular disease. It helps to purify your blood, strengthen your nerves, also recommended for weight-loss. 150 g strawberry covers your daily value of vitamin C.
Spinach
Spinach rich in vitamin K, A and C, contains manganese, folate, iron, minerals, beta-carotene and I mentioned only a few nutrients. It helps to prevent high blood pressure and heart disease. Folate and vitamin K are vital for pregnant women to ensure the baby’s proper development.
Ginger
Ginger or ginger root is used as spice and medicine. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects on cells. It reduces nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, ginger tea (fresh ginger in a cup of hot water) settles your stomach.
Soy milk

Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 1 cup strawberry
- 2 handful of spinach
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 cup soy milk
How to make it?
Clean the spinach leaves. You can use baby spinach as well. Grate ginger, fresh ingredients are always better and tastier.
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend on full strength until smooth. Check the consistency, add more milk if needed.
Pour into 2 glasses, top the green smoothie with extra strawberry, make it more gorgeous with the red colour.
Drink immediately!
