After my last pinky home decor post, here is a (dark) pinky smoothie recipe 🙂 This antioxidant triple berry smoothie is made of blackberry, blueberry, raspberry and almond milk. It’s super easy to prepare from these 4 simple and healthy ingredients.
The season of berries is finally here, so go to the market and buy berries to eat or drink. They are super tasty and have many health benefits.

Health benefits of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry
All of the 3 berries are rich in vitamin C, which is essential for the manufacturing of collagen, healthy immune and nervous systems. It strengthens blood vessels and has antioxidant properties. It can help reduce blood pressure, protect against heart disease, prevent cancer and improve mental health.
Blackberry
Blackberry contains a high level of vitamin C, K and has antioxidant properties, as I mentioned before.
It contains also both types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber dissolves in water, and it helps maintain a healthy level of cholesterol and lowers blood sugar level. Insoluble fiber does not dissolve in water, it supports healthy digestion.

Blueberry
Blueberry is a good source of vitamin K and C, manganese and fiber. Its vitamin K, manganese, calcium content helps maintain bone structure and strength. It may also promote hair and skin health, increased energy and overall lower weight.
Blueberry is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Raspberry
Raspberry is rich in vitamin C, manganese and fiber. It has also antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits, so it helps to decrease inflammation in the body. It may also decrease the decline in cognitive ability related to ageing.
Almond milk
Almond milk is manufactured from almond. It contains neither cholesterol nor lactose and is often consumed by lactose-intolerants. It’s low in calories and contains no saturated fat. It is high in healthy fats (omega fatty acids), which helps to prevent high blood pressure and heart disease. It is a good source of calcium and vitamin D, which is necessary for strong bones and teeth and strengthens the immune system.

Ingredients for 4 glasses:
- 1 cup (200 gr) blueberry
- 1 cup (200 gr) blackberry
- 1 cup (200 gr) raspberry
- 2 cup (500 ml) almond milk
How to make the antioxidant triple berry smoothie?
Wash the fruits gently.
Put the berries and the almond milk into the blender.
Blend on full strength. In the meantime, adore how the blackberry, blueberry and raspberry combine. Amazing colour 😉
Check the consistency, add more milk if needed.
Pour into glasses and you can decorate the top with fruits like I did.
